At Bellzi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All products must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt until your return is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
